Beware soft drinks are killer

You must read and watch the video link attached. This one is an eye opener. This is the reason I don't drink softdrinks anymore. and avoided foods with sugar. I only drink plain water and nothing else. People should sue soft drinks companies. anyway enough said here is the video below,

Drink only water, the benefits are much better for the body. But If you want something sweet, eat fruits or honey. I prefer honey. Remember just drink only water. Stay hydrated!

It has been ages I stopped drinking all these stuffs after realising how harmful it is. It is better to stay away from all these. But once in a while it is ok.

I don't drink sodas of any kind and I don't give it to my children, just like you I only drink water.
