Today we cooked spinach soup mixed with mung beans.
I love this veggie soup as it has high protein and with mung bean inside, it taste even better - more sweet.
We also add corn, tomato and carrot. So it's become so flavors. All are fresh ingredients.
We do not have spinach on cube and frozen like those that I saw in many places. All Vegetables - except peas - are all fresh!
Hope you all - My lotters also like to eat a lot of Veggies! If not, try with add something that you like in it, so who know, you might like it - eventually. #hope

I like vegetable soup and I especially like spinach. I have never cooked or eaten mung beans that I know of. We cannot grow spinach year around, so I do buy it frozen.
