Can we fulfill our childhood dreams ?

Everybody has his own childhood dreams.Some wants to become,pilot,Captain America,photographer,soldier,musician,painter and what not.
But our dreams and potential must match to fulfill our dreams.
There is difference between reality and dreams.
I wanted to become a Police Officer but became doctor.
Some uncertain incidence will not allow to fulfil our dreams.
I invite myLotter that how many of you fulfil your childhood dream and what is the feeling when you achieved and when you are not able to achieve it.

I have gone through a series of them...astronaut, doctor, scientists etc.. Finally I pursued higher studies in Biotechnology to become a scientist. But then destiny landed me becoming a special educator and counselor. And I realised that this is the job I enjoyed the most. I am passionate about it.

@ajeetchamania Yes, in a way..As I grew, I was exposed to more walks of life. And the circumstances also changed. So, I guess it's a path of self exploration that happens.

I am sorry i even forgot what is my dream during childhood,maybe I dream to be a doctor,teacher,and so forth.however,I have been a engineer today.don't highly like this job,just for earning living.
