Well I have just read it from my mobile news awhile ago.
I didn't read it. I skipped it for it doesn't really matter to me as long as its features are there.
I think one reason of naming it is to erase the bad impression of others about the FB.

@Nakitakona well i just read it a few minutes ago , now i understand what he means , meta is the parent company to overshadow facebook, wa and insta.
so now facebook is not the parent company but "META".

@rusmantoahmads Oh, it's true. Now, with their messenger and video calls, can't just browse and chill without constant interruptions. I, for one, will never waste my time "video chatting" or calling or whatever. Dude, either type a message, talk on a phone, or meetup face to face. Wtf is wrong with people.

No, I don’t know why there’s a sudden name change for Facebook. I don’t understand why they can’t keep it the same. Facebook is an iconic famous name and I’m not sure about the name, Meta. What do you think about the name Meta?
