Have you ever heard someone say, "you're stupid!" in anger? Or even your own self have said it to someone that have been trying their best to do something so it can be succeed but in the end it's just failed and make you angry?
Please... Never say it anymore, even when you're angry.
It's so freaking hurt when you have tried something and you're failing, but the closest people around you said "you're stupid".
It feels like people who have said it have no respect for you. Like everything have you done is nothing.
Many people around me are like that. Even my closest person. They think that it's nothing but just a word. Just a word? Huh? Can't you imagine if it happens to you?

i think, its all depends on how we respond to those words, those words (you're stupid) can be motivated to do better

Well even if someone says it's just a joke i still can't accept it. I think that joke will not hurt others

Yes, it can hurt but if said as a joke and friends are okay with it then it is pretty harmless.
