Lots of Loaves.

I made eight loaves today plus the one hundred twenty muffins I baked. Two of them are Banana Chocolate Chips Three Pumpkin Spice Loaves but the one on the farthest right have chocolate chips. I just want to try if it will be a good addition. Three Chocolate Moist Cake, chocolate ganache is still hot before the photo was taken. Five of those will go to my sister's tomorrow. And boy she is very excited! To top all the baking since 10am this morning, I ironed some clothes for my hubby. So, yes, I am very tired now. How are you all doing today?

Are you still doing muffins (I haven't been around . . . so now I see you are doing loaves!). They look so delicious . . . I wish we could have some with our coffee this morning .

The loaves are for my sister. She does not touch the oven . I baked for her. Yes, I still bake muffins for delivery every weekend

Good job. I also baked today, I made focaccia bread and a sponge cake made with chestnut flour to make a cake. I hope it's good.

@rakski In Italy we have a famous cake made with chestnut flour. It is very sweet, a more bit difficult to use than normal all purpose flour. Almond flour is needed to make macarons.

Looks like your baking skills are getting better as I can see you can do so many things with it. You can do that as a source of income for you if you are good at that.

@rakski I guess that is fine for as long as you earn from it and enjoy it. I guess that is better than having big orders but you do not enjoy it because you are overwhelmed by the orders.

My hands are tied every Thursday to Saturday baking muffins. Those are orders but I only have minimal income since those are for charitable works. But I am okay with it, my heart is full and happy as well

I hope you get to sit down and rest for a while now... The loaves all look delicious! Pretty and I went grocery shopping today. I got dizzy and fell down. I took my blood pressure and it is 104/69, which is low for me. Pretty thinks that's why I got dizzy... I made a note of it in my phone so I could tell the doctor at my next appointment.
