It's OVER 28.7 M Vaccinated in the Philippines

I had across a piece of news that it is over 28.7 M Filipinos who had their full vaccination against Covid-19. It seems we need more boosters for the coming months until next year. If my country can only produce its vaccines, it can fully be covered by vaccinating the local people here in the Philippines.

Our country has vaccinated many people completly although I don´t know the percentage. THere are still some that don´t want to be vaccinated though.

So as a Total population %, how many in Philippines are fully vaccinated, and how many have got one dose?
In India, it is 1 Billion plus with a single dose. but 30 to 35% fully vaccinated.
Now considering the scale of our population, 1 Billion plus is a big number.
Yet we cannot lower our guard until the fully vaccinated is close to 100%.
That will take time.
What is worrying is that many people are becoming complacent again and not following the protocols.

Yes Governments have to step in as in many countries, public folks do not follow discipline and need to be checked.

India could also have been Covid free with a bit more discipline and a bit more seriousness, especially by some of the folks who seem to be mixing religion and other things with different rules and regulations.

I do agree that some locals here are starting to be so complacent after being vaccinated. With regards to this concern, the local government is circulating an awareness that we still need to wear face masks and shields because we can be inflicted with this virus.

It is a lot already, however, we need to exert more about 50M more to achieve herd immunity we need to weaken the virus from infecting severely the population. I also wished that vaccines can easily be made but they can only be made under strict production protocols and very low temperature which is not readily available in our place since we live in a temperate country. We would need a very cold place to produce and store them.
