I'm trying to go back doing calorie counting. I'm trying to limit myself to 1000calories. Then, I'll also do Intermittent Fasting. Today I had 1300calories. I'll start my diet tomorrow
I'm trying to tardet 105lbs, today I'm exactly 160lbs. This is not good.

@Nawsheen I use a calorie app but my doctor advised me not to use it because our food is a different preparation of the app

1300 calories is a good number especially if you are exercising some also

@Softncuddly It varies on your size and exercise level. But that is often a good number. My fitbit recommended 1500 calories for me. But I often have about 1800 and do a lot of walking. At that number I dont gain but I dont lose either.

@wolfgirl569 I see... I wish I can go back briskly walking or jogging. Since I got sick (stroke) , my movements hasn't been that normal, I'm kinda wiggly.
