An electric blanket is an electric wired blanket use for heating a bed. I have one which I have bought more than a decade ago in Ireland when we were still living there. I am glad we still have it.
My lower back is aching again and so I thought to put on the electric blanket under my beddings. This blanket was not used for 7years and I was glad that it is still functioning. This will help my back and I am sure I will sleep well tonight.
I climbed the 4th floor (no elevator there)of the building yesterday where my friend lives, carrying a box of birthday cake. Maybe climbing the stairs was the cause of my lower back pain.
The photo above is the cake I made. The first time I made a turquoise blue cake for a mans‘ birthday. I think, I made it well. What do you think?
Thank you for reading. I hope you all have a nice weekend. Take care always and stay safe.

Your Birthday cake is beautiful, turquoise is a good color for man/woman either one. I hope your back is feeling better tomorrow:) I don't own an electric blanket, my daughter uses one though.

Wow that's a very beautiful cake and looks delicious, surely people who receive the cake will be very happy. and also the blanket you have has advanced features and many people don't have it, rest so that your body returns to being fresh when you wake up.

Ouch. Hope you feel better. I have a suggestion for lower back.
1. Daily include preparation from black gram (urad dal) in your diet.
2. Glassful of Warm water with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seed powder, and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder AFTER EVERY MEAL.
3. Sesame seed oil massage for half an hour.
Check if six months of this works. Usually it does.
No...we in India especially where I live do not need electric blankets. LOL. We are a hot world. LOL
