The Pandemic - As I See It

I am going to say that this pandemic is World War III where this time the enemy is COVID19 - the virus! What can't you understand? The world should come together as one, leave our differences, self opinionated opinions, selfishness and monetary gains aside to start working together and fight the virus. I don't understand why despite the positive examples and evidences on what must be done, people are still defiant and stubborn to do otherwise. Shame on pharmaceutical companies racing to gain commercial gains in developing vaccines when it should be sharing openly worldwide to produce more effective vaccines as quickly as possible. Shame on some countries where despite the necessary called for quarantines, social distancing, health protocols (wearing of mask, vaccination, wearing of gloves and etc.) and lock downs are going up in arms to reject and refusing to co-operate to quell the pandemic. When will this world get to see this time that the enemy is the invisible virus where no arms or weapons can defeat it except our strong will and devotion to selfless cooperation?

I agree with you a united world is better than a world that fights with each other.

We are so self centered and this is the source of all problems. Hoping that this pandemic ends soon

The situation is quite disappointing. It is wrong to take advantage of this pandemic to make profit. This is why I don't like the politians because they are powerful but they seem not to use their powerful rights to make things right.

Equally I have to say the people under them who demonstrate in mass under such times to go against wearing of masks and vaccination. Where’s the safety protocols and distancing? What do they not understand about the actions needed to survive and stop the spread?

some countries leader also did not realize that when this virus still alive in one country, no country in this worlds are safe. Cos thsi virus is travelling. That's why country that has advance benefits of vaccine and medicine (in near future) must help the one that has no luxury of that
