The Three Stooges made us laugh. They made fun of society and the world around them. They were knuckleheads, but they were our knuckleheads. Larry, Moe, and Curly were the mainstay with Shemp and Joe coming later. Okay, physical humor was their specialty, but it mixed in with some witty dialog from time to time too.
