..."Those who did not have their vaccinations are ugly." Don't blame me about it. I just heard from the local news in the morning today. Regardless, he is encouraging them to have these available vaccines to refrain from having another surge. It sounds mandatory, right? But it's not.
Are vaccines mandatory in your country now?

In a way, yes. In a way, no. Depending on where you live, some places will withhold services if you're not vaccinated. However, we've always had the freedom of choice. We still do. The bullying tactics being used, won't change that.

It's another way to go about it. No it isn't mandatory here in India yet
