I was supposed to post this last night after our dinner but was not able to go back here. It is Thursday morning here, which means I will be baking in a while. This was my dinner last night, I was a bit lazy to cook so this happened. I enjoyed it and my tummy was happy. What's on your plate? photo is mine.

Your dinner sounds good, I had baked salmon yesterday evening. It will be fish again this evening sole fillets and potatoes.
