Pork Dumplings

In tagalog we call it siomai. This is a very delicious dish specially its dip sauce . One of my favorite specially eaten with rice and ice cold coke! Some is adding chili oil on its sauce for extra flavor and spiciness.
When I was still employed , I see to it to buy pork dumplings from my favorite store on my payday .

Thank you very much. Yes, I am unemployed for how many years now. It started when I was robbed on my home from work shift they took all my belongings . Mom was scared for my safety that time and decided I should rest for a while .

Oh, that's good to know friend. Master Siomai is a famous dumpling store here in our country 
and there is also an authentic store that sells good dumplings , noodles and siopao have you heard about Hen Lin store?

Yes of course it can be made at home and you can choose between steamed or fried.
