That's bad news, try to drink lots of water and don't drink too much coffee it's not good, I used to have stomachaches too often but now it's rarely even never. I hope the stomach ache you are suffering from will quickly disappear and be healthy again.

If it is stress or just something is not agreeing with your stomach, peppermint tea should make you feel better. However, you've been doing a lot of work recently, and you've been exposed to a lot of (toxic) household cleaners. You may have pulled a muscle, incurred an injury, or have poisoned yourself with chemical exposure.
Rest. Drink peppermint tea. Cuddle Luna. Don't do any more lifting, bending, twisting, scrubbing, etc. Relax today and tomorrow. Hopefully, whatever the issue is, you will be feeling better come Sunday.

I simply take some Alka Seltzer.
I am sorry to hear this hope you feel better soon.
I also sometimes take a hot cup of tea with lactose free creamer.

Hope your tummy feels better very soon. If you want a natural remedy that really helps an upset stomach try drinking some ginger ale. Ginger works great for nausea
