For those who have diabetes, how did you feel when you were first diagnosed?

I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and while the diagnosis didn’t really shock me, it did still bother me quite a bit. What were some of your reactions when you were first diagnosed?

I have not checked if I am with blood chemistry. All I know is it does not run in the family blood line. Is it an acquired one?

Well, hopefully we don't suffer from diabetes. Because if you have diabetes, you will not heal for a lifetime. My own mother has diabetes. Diabetes is the mother of all diseases in the body. If you have diabetes, complications can attack the heart as well, resulting in high blood pressure, stroke, and even kidney failure. If we may start now to reduce eating foods that are too high in sugar content, and avoid stressful life.
