My sis is afraid of cockroach

Just yesterday I visited her since I had taken time without seeing her physically. We could just talk on phone,whatsaap...
Just as I was in the sitting room, I had her screaming loudly like as if something had attacked her. I ran to the kitchen to check what was happening.
Only to find out, she was running away from the cockroach,; just a small tiny insect.
But later she told me that everyone has that particular thing they fear, even though harmless or harmful.
Do you have something you fear a lot even though harmless?

I am also afraid of cockroaches and flying cockroaches are even more frightening

@Belexhanns Yes, They are not harmful but it is feared that they will fly away suddenly

Not really. Kind of used to be afraid of needles (and to an extent I still am) but not to the extent I used to be.
