Hello Friends :)
Since last 2 or 3 months I am getting mild back pain which is not going away. I never experienced something like this before. So this is my first time.
I have gone through almost all doctors and as per them all seems okay. So I don't know how I got this special thing to me. This is mostly paining when I am sitting.
As I said pain is very mild, but its like I can't concentrate properly on other things. Too irritating stuff.
Any experienced one here?

I use Bio Freeze on my back when it bothers me and it helps quite a bit. I also find putting a heating pad behind my back helps too but I don't do the BioFreeze and heating pad at the same time,
As others have said don't sit for long periods of time and get up and stretch.

@Marilynda1225 Yes temporarily but it was feeling good at that time.
Right now all good, and yes hopefully it will not come back. Thank you.

@akp100 glad you're feeling better. The heating pad is good but not a solution. Hope you don't get that annoying back pain again

I agree with other responses. I suffer with back pain, and have done for years. I went to different doctors, none of whom provided an actual solution. The first thing I did was to lose weight. That helped a little but clearly being overweight wasn't the (only) cause of the pain. It got worse when I started doing a desk job. I swapped my chair for a proper office chair, which helped quite a lot. If my pain gets bad, I'll have a long soak in a hot bath. Since I changed my chair, though, the pain hasn't often been as bad as it used to be.

I get a pain in my lower back and leg when I sit too long. It is a new experience and I believe it is caused by the sciatica nerve being trapped somewhere. I am told it will pass. A hot water bottle on the spot helps quite a bit with the pain and some stretching when I stand up. I hope your pain passes soon.

The problem mainly is posture, especially the work you do; the other may be signs of prostate cancer in men
