It is the 1st day of December, and only 24 days before Christmas! Do you guys celebrate it as a very special one or do you treat it as a simple holiday? In my country, Christmas is one of those occasions that people are looking forward to. Families are gathered up, children are going to their Godparents for some 'aginaldo' (money/gift), and lots of food are set up on the table?? How bout you?

My Christian friends celebrate it with great joy and we are invited. My daughters love putting up the Christmas tree and they too wait for their gifts. . Malls, stores and other public places do get decked up

We celebrate Christmas with joy and happiness but we don't have aginaldo. Glad to know that children can go to their godparents for gifts in your culture.
