I’m Happy That…

My calf muscles are developing the way I want them to! I have been brisk walking a lot more these days (yes even while it’s cold outside) and I def see a difference. I prefer the cold cuz I don’t have to deal with excessive sweating and my BIGGEST enemies of all: humidity and mosquitoes!
I’m starting off like this until I get my stamina back for more high intensity workouts such as Zumba, which is my FAVORITE workout by btw.
Next I wanna try to lose this lil muffin top that I’ve had all my life. If you guys have any tips on how I can lose it, please feel free to leave me some pointers in the comments or PM. I would greatly appreciate it
The best way for me to continue working out on the regular is to make it FUN cuz I have ZERO motivation for it. But if I could not work out at all and just wave a magic wand to give me the shape and stamina that I want then I’d totally choose that option! Don’t judge me heehee
