Rainy Saturday Makes A Perfect Day

Woke up to rain. That is a good thing. I enjoy hearing the raindrops while I have my morning coffee.
Cooler weather is coming soon. Happy about that as well.
Thoughts remain with those who have lost a child in recent and past tragedies.
A parent's worst nightmare. Holding on to good memories and I know some of you are as well.

When my uncle passed away from a heart attack my grandfather said, “I’ve buried three wives and my parents, but NOTHING hurts as bad as burying a child.” And my uncle was 45, not a “child.” I can’t even begin to imagine. I can only pray for them.

I really love the colors on that mug Carol!
It is sunny and near 70 here today.
Have a very nice weekend there now.
Yes it is beyond sad to lose a child.
The pain of a Mother is beyond description to anyone that hasn't.
Why, just ordinary losses are bad enough.
