What Freedom or Human Rights?

One sore loser and using all the freedom to blab all he wants. Now peoples' life are at stake. By the way where are the laws here? What kind of treatment is this? I don't like people taking the law into their own hands. Reference:

Well so far we don't have sore loser leaders here. Once their term is over, they will relinquish and step down for the next. No where will they speak irresponsibly and disturb the peace.
