No Net

Thought I might make it amusing for you thinking about what net I needed. This time no thunderstorm put us offline. This was a mystery of on and offline with very long breaks every day. My friends contacted our Internet provider and the company suggested not trying to use the Internet for a few days. They tried to fix it from far off meaning wherever their office is and after two days they had workers come out to check the situation. At this time we were offline for three days already. The workers finally located and fixed the problem on the fifth day. Apparently, the signal was the problem? or something else? As usual, things are fixed and I hope they stay fixed.

5 days, that's a long time to fix a problem. I get upset here, if a stoppage lasts for more than half a day.

@innertalks being alone every day the Internet is my way of connecting with everyone and also making some money so it really upsets me if I get cut off but this was handled quickly two years ago there was a violent thunderstorm that knocked out the Internet and it damaged a lot of properties around here and workers were overwhelmed with people asking to fix electricity, Internet and so on and that put me and my friends here offline for three whole weeks so you can bet I was praying as the days went by

@RasmaSandra I have my smartphone, as a sort of a backup, but it's a bit fiddly for me working from that. Yes, three weeks would be a nightmare for me too
