Study of D R Roy Perlis suggest people who are using certain round of media were more likely to depressed to those who did not use it.
Does it worsen your mood and worsen symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression.
Opposite of it Social Media enable us to communicate with family and friends around the world.
Do you agree with it ?

Overexposure to social media leads to depression and anxiety since there are many persons on social media that resort to harmful insults if they disagree with their beliefs. One rule of thumb I have is not to get too close to public figures who play the role of friendly person since it is usually an act to be your friend if you agree to what they are saying.

But you should limit yourself to this activity only. Social media is two side of coin also. Good and Bad.
