Having chapped lips is a pain. I've tried everything to solve this problem and finally resorted to good old fashioned petroleum jelly (Vaseline). I really hope it helps. My daughter is out running a few errands and I'm perfectly happy staying home and not venturing out. The sun is shining but it's cold. I have a lot of little things to do today before the next two days of celebrating begins. I'm really looking forward to the fun but I'll also be glad when it's all over. Are you caught up in the holiday crazies??

Mine are in the same shape. My concern is that although vaseline feels good on the lips, it makes them super sensitive and they dry out easily and the cycle continues here.

It's cold here also. We went out early this morning for vegetables and fruits shopping and stayed at home the rest of the day. From today we are at home until the middle of next week.

Glad you were able to get all your fruits and vegetables and can stay home now until next year. I'm done with food shopping too and hope for enough Christmas leftovers that I don't need another trip to the store Have a wonderful Christmas

@marilynda I refuse to get drawn into the craziness - I’m far too sane and sensible for that. I get chapped lips every time I go to Scotland. I’ve stopped going.

Vaseline will be very good. Chap sticks will make them more chapped.

Vaseline or ghee( clarified butter) is my choice for chapped lips. It's cold here too but with good sunshine. My Christmas vacation starts today. I plan to stay home, relax and finish a few pending chores around the house.

I used Vaseline before didn't get much benefits though. I think staying properly hydrated and eating Vitamin C enriched food works.

No. I did my shopping last week so my freezer is full. I get chapped lips when it renews skin. i don't know. is it because of the season?

@Marilynda1225 We already had our Holiday of Hannuka so no holidays for us right now. We have each week or Sabbath so that is enough for me right now. I am sorry about your chapped lips. It is not fun but something that can happen. I hope the vaseline clears it up.
