Villages are diminishing day by day. New cities are springing up the every other day. The heritage associated with village life is slowly on the way out. Villages house greenery and that is why, villages are beneficial for the environment. But, man is becoming more modern these days.
Factories and new industries are on the rise. So, cities are growing like crazy. The governments have to get their act together on this. There should be increased focus on the sustenance of village culture. Developed countries have to work harder in this regard.
Without villages, we would be more vulnerable to the detriment of global warming. Measures should be adopted for afforestation and trees should not be wiped out at a rapid pace. Then only, things can be truly brought under control. Unity of people is very much essential.
People should strive to make their houses as natural as possible. If that is the case, we would see positive signs soon. Life can be better if animals are not slaughtered at an increased rate. Animals and trees are vital to our ecosystem. The environment needs to be saved at all costs.

Village life is very peaceful and refreshing for people like us who are always moving from one city to another

You are so right. Mankind is driven by selfish motives and that's destroying our serene environment. Now, those have started backfiring on us. We need to wake up and take all necessary measures to sustain our environment.
