December 29 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's a good day. Another day of slick roads at 4:30 this morning, so no Y again today. Tomorrow, I'll be going back. Roads will be dry and much better.
As for what I'm thankful for today, I'm thankful for the sleep I got. Knowing I wasn't going to the Y this morning, let me get a full night's sleep. Always a plus.
I'm thankful for the four laps I walked this morning in the hallway and the hour on the foot cycle while I watched TV earlier.
I'm thankful I got the notifications finished earlier. I enjoy reading all about your lives in your part of the world. Soon you will bring in the New Year almost a full day ahead of me.
I'm thankful for the royalty payment I got today. I should add it up to see how much I made this year. It's not a lot, but it all adds up. Just like the payments do here. With today's payment, I received a payment every month except February. Hopefully, next year I can get a royalty every month. That would be nice.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Where Eagle's Soar. As messed up as this is, I'm finding all the typos and can make changes more easily. I'm always hoping the formatting will go back to what it should be. We'll see.

I am grateful that the UPS delivery driver brought the diapers for my nephew today and that my aa batteries for the remote and clocks came in yesterday.

I am thankful that I got a refund on an erroneous purchase, and I was lucky and blessed they decided to cooperate, because it said on the site no refunds or exchanges...Bless them! I could have challenged it with my credit card, but it might have been hard to win that one.

So are the Royalty payments for your older works? Each such payments do make us feel blessed.
I am thankful to God for a lot of things.
Yet praying to get me out of a tricky issue where I am kind of struck and being held responsible for a few things for which I should not be.
I am hoping to have the matters resolved faster.
Today we had some walk in the afternoon sunshine, although days are just fine and nights colder.
Now getting ready for some good sleep.
Have a nice 30th and 31st December.

I am thankful for the day in general. Any day I open my eyes is a good day. I'm thankful for Chilly's purring. He seemed to have enjoyed something, and was happy to be around me today. He made quite the mess, which George can clean up. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it.
