@nela13 Great idea what you daughter came up with. I hope the sign scares away those that want to build a house there and remove the pine trees. You never know what people want to do with what they buy. I guess time will tell. If people do not want to buy then it worked and if they still want to buy and the sign did not scare them off then it did not work. I guess only time will tell.

At least she's trying to keep it "safe".

The reality is that it probably won't but you never can tell. It's also possible the new owner will leave a section of it untouched so your kids can still have adventures there.
