For the past few months, i have always bought used goods, such as used clothes, used shoes, and even used books. I think this will reduce waste that can damage the environment, am I right? What about you, do you prefer to buy used or new?

I love to read so mostly I buy used books. As for clothes and shoes I prefer new (on sale of course!)

@Marilynda1225 It IS the way to go for buyers, but sometimes I do feel a bit guilty for the authors. That's because it's always been a dream of mine o write a book, and sometimes I put myself in their shoes when people buy books secondhand.

I would probably just buy expensive second hand tools if the price is right and I like the condition of the item.

i don't buy used things but I buy clothes, shoes and bags rarely. that saves me a lot of money. :)

one of the reasons i buy second hand is to save my money, but it seems i already have enough clothes, maybe i won't buy anything these few months, to save my money hahahaha

I sell used clothing and shoes on eBay. I love going to thrift stores and finding great deals to resell. I often find things for myself as well, at very good prices. It's a great way to recycle things ro help the environment. And also to help people get nice things for less money than if they had to go buy it new. Some of my favorite clothing and shoes have been used items. Where do you buy these used things from? Do you have thrift stores in your area? Or are you buying used things online?
