I sometimes boil ginger and drink the water when it is warm. Ginger acts as an antibiotic and helps to fight colds.
Garlic is not yet proven to cure flu and colds but it really helps in soothing the symptoms.
Vitamin C is the perfect remedy to recover quickly from COVID. Lemon and oranges are good sources.
When we had COVID in our family last month (December). These items helped to recover quickly.

I totally agree with the ingredients you mentioned above. Because I have proven it myself. Last year I was infected with covid. I eat a lot of oranges, lemons and vitamin C. I also eat a lot of vegetables by boiling them with garlic and drinking the vegetable broth when it's warm. I also diligently bask in the sun for about 30 minutes, between 10 am -12 noon. And I am also diligent in exercising, so that my stamina remains strong. And one more thing, don't stress. Calm your mind, don't panic too much. Of course, don't forget to pray for strength and healing from God.

@mildredtabitha Yes thank you. I hope you try to boil the vegetables with garlic, then eat the vegetables and garlic, and don't forget to drink the stew too. I prefer to boil the spinach and garlic. In the past, when I was infected with covid, I often boiled spinach and garlic.
Good luck trying it. Good luck and good health.
