I have been asking people who got their booster shot on what they feel after for me to get an idea of what to do, lol.
Yesterday morning I got mine, but before that, I make sure I have some paracetamol on the cabinet, and gladly I have taken one tablet before and took another one before I sleep last night, just in case because I will be having an exam later on one of my subject.
So, what do I feel?
I woke up with the feeling that my left arm is heavy, but not sore or kinda, didn't experience any chills or headaches. I sleep well though like I had less than 10 hours of sleep, the same effect of my first two shots .
BTW, I got Moderna this time.

I had 3 shots and now we have a 4th and read this morning that there will be a vaccine from Pfizer in March for the Omicrom. Each person feels differently. I just had a sore arm but nothing else when I did all 3 and the flu shot as well. I have no problems with shots and others have had other things happen to them, so, not everyone reacts the same way to the shots.

My first dose was JJ so when I got my booster it was Pfizer and I felt nothing. I was the next day the same with my kid and they had two does of Pfizer. They weren’t even tired.

@Lucky15 that’s because children have been exposed to Covid in a much longer term and there immune system are much younger then someone there is old. There are people that are adult or older that have effects for their Covid shots. Everyone body does process it differently. Children are also in that category showing more signs of having Covid but being asymptotic

Hi! Welcome back! I hope I won't get Moderna as my booster shot. Well, I had my second dose last November 9 and it's Pfizer. If given the chance to choose, I will still have Pfizer. I don't know if I will have the same side effect like my sister but I don't want to take the risk. She had her Moderna vaccines January and February last year but until now, she still has bruises on her arms. Although her doctor told her it's non life threatening but there was a time later last year when she had allergy on the vaccination area. And the doctor told it's delayed allergic reaction.
I also had a side effect during my first dose when I ate alamang or shrimp paste... I was okay after the first 7 days but on the 7th I ate that with green mangoes and on the 8th, my arm was swollen. It turned red. It was swollen and painful. That's why after my second dose, I was already too careful with the food I ate.

@Lucky15 yes, it is!!! hihihi!
I didn't take any medicines when I had my first and second dose. And I am glad I only had pain in the vaccination area. I hope that will also be the case when I will have my booster shot.

My friend Dixie (in the health service) told me to take an Aspirin a day 5 days before the shot. I have my 3 shots and I´ll be having my 4th one in February.

I had the flu shot the week before I got my booster shot. For my booster shot, my arm was sore, but I didn't have chills or fevers. My mother though had a fever and chills that lasted a day.

Good that you didn't feel any sickness. I just had my booster this morning, I am lethargic and feel like sleeping now, though I just had a 2 hour nap. My left arm feels a bit numb too, besides that, I am still okay. Hopefully I will be fine too.
Hope you do well in your exam.

I am glad you got one, and did so because you felt it was right for you. Thankfully, the side effects weren't to bad and hopefully, nothing more occoures. Take care though.

I should have had the booster last year. Then I got sick this year. Not sure how long before I could get a chance to have a booster schedule.
