Birthday at home

At my job, we all have the right to stay home on our birthday. So Thursday was my stay-at-home day. 
If it wasn't for the pandemic, this weekend I would have family and friends at home to celebrate, the last time this happened was in 2020. Maybe next year I could celebrate like I always did.
The library is once again opened to the public so today I am working, not my ideal idea of a saturday but that is okay as I get 1 day and half for each saturday working.
It is cold here, we have a shy sun and the wind is so cold that the temperature is 9º celcius but it feels like 4º C. 
How is your weekend going? Any plans?

Happy Birthday! 
You finally turned 21! 
I won't be going out for a few days, at least. There is a snowstorm in progress here. I got up at 3 am and took this picture out my front door.

@nela13 You're welcome... I agree, going backwards a few "days" would probably be fun for a while.
The local forecast is calling for us to receive more than 12 inches (30.4 cm) today and tomorrow of snow. (Icy rain fell before it changed to snow last night.)

I spend my Saturday in church as we were trained on how to teach children. It was for Sunday school teachers.

The pandemic sure put a damper in everything! Locally over 3 thousand with covid just today! The tsunami wasn't barely noticable, so no warning alerts. I went shopping, using my new benefits card, only 15.46 left.

Many many many happy returns of the day!
I usually ask my friends to make a realistic wish. What's your wish for this birthday ?
I went to Market to get the groceries in place for this month. I usually sit in the car where as my sister does the shopping for my family. I like to shop but I can't go out with my sister because she will take a while to buy a single thing by visiting multiple shops 
When I have list in my hand, I go to a shop gather as much as I can and then move to the next stop

Happy Birthday.
My hubby's workplace gives them the day off for their birthdays also, he still hasn't used his from last year.
He probably won't take this year's day off either, there isn't much to do during a pandemic with a day off, so he is banking his for better times.6
