Some people don't want to work. Some people are lazy and just want free money. This is why they find themselves in all sort of trouble with the law. I just read recently that there were 2 Burger King robberies in 2 different parts of the world. One took place in Milwaukee. This was carried out and staged by a father and daughter. The next one took place in New York city and was carried out by an ex employee.
So be careful when you visit fast food restaurants or any business place for that matter. Robberies are on the increase.

Not all people who resort to stealing are "lazy and just want free money". Most of them are actually just desperate. These are really difficult times. Look how desperate that guy in the hood is.

@MarieCoyle I agree with you The News Report said that the Burger King robber in New York got only $100 and he killed the 19 year old cashier. How stupid he is going to spend the rest of his life behind bars just for stealing that.

Just like that, he ruined not only his own life, but took another young person down and I am sure she no doubt had family that loved her, too. It's all so senseless.

That is a problem in the Bay Area too. If they don’t have security, many businesses just let the criminals go to avoid trouble. So outrageous.

Some people want to work but can't get a job so they can get their own money

@mildredtabitha There are places there that give out food to the poor. But some of these young people are too proud to ask or beg

@askme123 But when they get too hungry, they'll have to put pride aside. I'm glad you have places to provide people with food

that's horrible. It's getting bad because so many people are getting desperate.

I do hope they catch them. These cases always impede businesses, not only food chains.
We also have some cases like that in our metropolitan city but not so much in the provincial cities. It maybe because of some social and moral issues.
Stay safe and careful.

Robbery is increasingly rampant all over the place. Maybe because of this pandemic period, so many people are experiencing economic difficulties, as well as losing their jobs, and it is difficult to get new jobs. And many are starving. So take a shortcut by robbing. Indeed this is not good. and very detrimental to the person who robbed.
