Would you trust a dating service to find you the love of your life ?
This is what happened when two lonely middle aged people paid a lot of money for an upmarket dating service to find them their future life partner.
The main characters in the story are Ursula and Rafael who are both single and looking for love. They meet through The Arc and the story follows the progress of their relationship. They are both very complex characters who have been scarred by past relationships, but the experts at the Arc have put them together as an ideal match.

Ha ha something I can relate with. I downloaded Tinder and Badoo but then deleted them after a month because I felt miserable using it.
Looks like an interesting topic for a book. Is it worth the read?

These sort of stories are very worrying , you never know what is going to happen , good or bad.

So did they live happily ever after or was it a fiasco?
My daughter met her husband through a dating service and they are a great match and doing well but they didn't have to pay for the service.

@lazydaizee I won't be reading it unless I run across it by accident in the future.

I tried that before. Paper version and online version. But no luck unfortunately.

I'm happy for them and their future relationship. I think online dating sites works for people but it's not for everyone

These sites do seem to work for some people but not others.

It is the modern way to meet new people. I have known people who have used dating apps.

OKCupid matched me with someone with whom I spent nearly five very happy years. I didn't pay it a cent, but would be very happy to do so if I ever decide I'm in a place where I want to invite another person into my life. However, the Richest Man in Babylon project has a long way to go first.
