My lunch today

@mildredtabitha OK thanks - but I still don't know what that is either! Maybe you could write a post about all the different types of porridge and how to make them? Porridge in Britain is made with oats and is traditionally a staple food in Scotland. What do you use?

@Fleura the hard porridge is made from maize flour. You boil water then add the maize flour while cooking until it becomes hard like a cake. Then you can shape it and serve while hot. It is often eaten with vegetables, eggs and meat (including chicken and fish). It's name is ugali but I don't know it's English name so we often call it hard porridge when writing online
