Let me share with you something new in my city. I went to a mall yesterday afternoon and was startled because the security guard asked for my vaccine ID card. It was my first time to be scrutinized with this matter. Of course, I showed mine and did a side comment to remove the small paper forms in transcribing personal information, temperature, and so on. For the reason that they are asking our vaccines' QR codes.
At your place, are you logging a logbook or filling up a form before entering an establishment?

Nope. The Federal Government is leaving things like that up to each city or sometimes businesses to decide if they want to protect their customers or keep money rolling in. I seriously doubt there will ever be anything like that across the whole country.

@DaddyEvil It also influenced having an ex-military mayor. That makes our city stricter than the other places in my country.

@Shavkat Yes, but your government keeps a tighter rein on the population than most other governments do. I wish the rest of the world did that, too.

Most places just let us come in the door. With the new virus, this will probably change very soon. I have my proof of all three vaccinations in my wallet. So, this won't matter I'll just show them my card.

@kobesbuddy Indeed. The only thing we can do is boost our immune system.

When we got the first two vaccines we got a piece of paper for it and for the 3rd we had to pull out something called a green pass online but now I think they are discontinuing it. I am getting a 4th one so not sure if will need something afer that. We were told at malls they needed the green pass. Other stores I go to we do not have to show anything here.

Yes, we do that here in our city. However, I use an app instead so I don't have to fill up a form anymore.

@freelancermariagrace We do not need to touch a pen and paper for that matter, which is a possible transmission of COVID 19.

While you can get "vaccine cards" here in the U.S. not every place will require proof of vaccination. In the U.S. it's usually just designed to let your doctor know you got it done so it can be added to your records. However, some states might ask for it, before entering an establishment (even though they technocally aren't supposed to).
