Fried fish and Adlai rice

I’d be having fried fish and adlai rice for my lunch today! Adlai rice is a healthier alternative to white rice. For us, Filipinos, white rice is a staple food. But since I am trying to shed off some lbs, I have decided to make a switch. It has nutty flavor and quite akin to al dente pasta. What’s for your lunch/dinner?

I had the leftovers from our Chines takeout from last night, pepper steak and fried rice.

I have never tried adlai rice. It's the first time I'm reading about it. I'm trying to shed off some weight as well, where can I buy the rice? Is it available in supermarkets? Do, keep me posted if it's effective on losing weight. Thanks.

@freelancermariagrace "Kind of" is an understatement if that's the case.
