I had lived in Dagupan City, Philippines. It is a place where abundant to having milkfish in different fresh ponds and even from the sea. I honestly never seen the rare breed golden 'bangus' or milkfish. In this city, they hold the longest grill (1,007.56 meters) in the Guinness Book of Records in 2003. Regardless, it is not easy to find the golden ones because they are too shy to be seen by the visitors who wish to see them in ponds. It means they are delicate to live in not peaceful sea bodies. Are you fond of eating fish? Are you good at catching fish at your place? Image Credit: newsinfo.inquirer.net

I'm not really quite a fish person although I do eat them. I am good at catching them though as my grandfather was a fisherman.

Wow! I am curious what do you use for fishing. Is it the net thing or the fishing rod?

I love fish and any seafood. I do not like to fish it is boring. But my friend fishes and gives me the fish because he likes fishing and does not like fish to eat.

@jstory07 I am curious how to catch fish. I bet I will not take it next time because it is boring as you had mentioned. I heard in some parts of America, it needs a license for it. Is it also the same thing there?

That's a pretty fish. No, I don't eat them. I just watch and talk to the ones in my fish tank in the living room. (Sometimes Pretty will be mean and lean over the tank and open her mouth while telling my fishies that they look good enough to eat. They scatter quickly.)

They were all scared. It is famous to have milkfish in my country. It could be pricey if they are transported to far-flung areas here.

@DaddyEvil It sounds pricey to eat some fish out there. But we need to have some iodine from them to prevent from having a goiter.

@Shavkat If a woman told me she was going to eat me and opened her mouth like that, I'd run, too. I don't know the prices for fish here. I don't buy them so never pay attention.

Yes, I am from Baguio City. I live in Dagupan City because we have had a family business here before. When we closed it, we all went back to my hometown, Baguio City.
