Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this simple yet very effective quote which we should remember always in life.
Every person on this planet has a past. It contains good as well as bad memories. I truely believe we should all try to live in the moment i.e. our present rather than wallowing in the past.
I am saying from my personal experience. It does no good if you keep bringing your past in present life or keep thinking/remembering it. It only hurts and that isn't good for our mind, body and soul.
It's very important to stay in the moment. Be grateful to God for what all we have in life. Spread love and smile around us and try to just live our life happily.
