Mint is my favourite herb. It's so fragrant and anything you add it to becomes super tasty. I enjoy mint leaves in black tea and also I use it to cook a variety of dishes. Honestly, I could just smell mint for hours and not get bored. What's your favourite food ingredient?

I had a pot of mint plant in New Zealand last year which my daughter bought but it withered after a few months.

@sammyy They die easily especially when you don't regularly take out their leaves.

I have some growing wild here. Oh that's a hard question to answer. I do like Cayenne pepper. It doesn't take a lot to add a little flavor.

Mint certainly has a lovely aroma. We have it growing in the garden and it's nice to crush a leaf and smell it.

I just strted growing some mint. The little sprouts are so tiny. I really hope they grow to maturity, I want to try the leaves in my black tea now!
