Fight scenes are my catnip

I watch many different genres of movies from superhero to romance to crime. My most favourite are the mystery/thriller kinds. Now I wouldn't like a movie with only fight scenes start to finish, I'm not a fan of wrestling either but I really love watching a real good fight scene. Not even the unrealistic kind where only the hero gets in all the good punches. I want him to get bashed up almost equally bad and yet come out victorious in the end. Like Matt Murdock in the Daredevil series. His fights were my most favourite. I only recently realised, they kinda give me a sense of satisfaction to watch. I've wanted to learn Krav maga for a long time. But now I don't think I can ever. Because my husband is such a gentle soul and is terrified of any kind of violence. He enjoys comedies. I wouldn't wanna horrify him.
