I have spoken about tellonym before but for those of you who dont know what it is. It is an app where you can ask people questions anonymously. Just recently I got a tell "r u losing weight coz ur ex called you fat ugly and disgusting?" now this is interesting because they would need to know that my ex said this about me. They would also need to know that I have continued to lose weight. People are dumb, obviously my weight loss has been an incidental side effect of the fact I have been eating healthier and exercising more.

I was just thinking that with all the swimming you’ve been doing, your body should be getting more tone! Sounds like that is exactly what is happening.
