I am extremely frustrated with everything in my life. I am almost to the point of outright anger, and I don't know how to deal with that.
There is no one to focus it on except myself, who is the source of all of my problems.
I know to be angry at yourself is supposedly bad. Maybe I just need to analyze why, so I can maybe change things, or at least how I deal with things. Any advice would be appreciated.

I definitely agree with the advice given by @franxav. First you make a list of the things in your life that are causing you to feel this way - then work towards making things better.Never allow yourself to be consumed by anger. You are a child of the universe , beautifully and wonderfully made. Remember good health, a sound mind , love for self and others will put you on the path to success.

It`s okay to feel the way you feel , having such feelings is human.. Try setting your mind into things that give you peace and let nature work its ways on what`s frustrating you,, having peace with you should number one goal to put things right. your not alone

Why are you angry with yourself? Answer that and you have the solution.

@gcwrites I've done that myself. It was 50 years ago; but I still fret over it.

Focus on why you're angry and try to work out what you can do about whatever is causing your frustration. Hopefully someone else will be able to help more.
