What did you have for breakfast today?

I had my usual bacon and egg for breakfast today, but I put a twist on it so my usual breakfast doesn't get boring to me.
Once the bacon was done, I added some olive oil to the skillet and lightly browned a few small slices of Sorrano pepper and green pepper. After I added the egg, I topped all off with a slice of Brie cheese.
It was actually quite good! Do you sometimes do "twists"? (potential set-up alert)
The photo is of a previous breakfast. That day I added leeks, mushrooms, sharp cheddar and....something else...

A big bowl of oatmeal and and English muffin with egg. Also a cup of crappy tea that had a distinct flavor of coffee grounds. This was at the Centre.

I sometimes twist things up too as I get bored of the same thing. I had toast for breakfast with my coffee this morning.

You can "dress up" eggs in so many ways.

Hubs doesn't like change or "twists" in his meals. We go the routine route. I had a protein bar for breakfast.

@TheHorse I make it myself because I don't like it sweet. It is lightly sweetened with maple syrup, but my husband thinks it needs to be smothered in honey to be edible.

You are getting fancy with your cooking . I had my usual green tea and later a handful of dandelion greens. Then I caved and had a few Valentine's Day cookies (raspberry shortbread heart sandwich cookies with raspberry jam in it - from TJs).
