Sweat to Earn and Purchase

It has been a long time that I am using a mobile app to earn some coins. The walking steps are converted to coins, which can be used to purchase something here. This morning I tried to purchase something and had 100% discount and paid the delivery charge amounting to $7.00 through PayPal. The problem is that I did not see when will it be delivered. Yikes! I hope it is a legit one. I wish I could drop the name of this app here. I'm afraid that it might fall to promoting the app.
Did you ever feel in doubt in purchasing something online?

I just checked and PayPal can turn your Bitcoins into cash for you without a charge.

I've had a bad experience when shopping online. That is, I have transferred the money, but I have not received the goods I ordered. And they say the goods have been sent and have been received. Finally I complained. Luckily my money was returned. Since then, I'm not comfortable shopping online.

I have also tried several applications that collect coins, but I have never been able to cash them out because it takes so long to collect cashable coins, how long do you use this application to cash out the coins? what application is it?
