These past few days, I have been eating some Korean 'Kimchi.' It is a great help for me to have normal defecation daily. I am not claiming that it is good for others, but it works for me. If I understand correctly, the cost seems pricey since I am buying it regularly. Today, I decided to make my own Filipino version. The mission will be done tomorrow by buying all the needed ingredients. Are you fond of eating kimchi? Are you on a mission to cook something lately? Image Credit: storage.googleapis.com

I have never tried Kimchi yet, how is the taste? Is it spicy or sour?

It is a bit sour and spicy. I love the texture of the cabbages that seem to be pickled. I wish that you could have the chance to taste it sooner.

@Mrlnvk Nothing else in it. They are more on spices and veggies, such as radishes, carrots, onion leeks.

@Shavkat ah I see, but is it only cabbage and sauce? Or is there something else inside?

I am hoping that I can do the yummy outcome. I changed my mind to do the cooking adventure tomorrow since I am not in the mood to buy in the public market.

I am like you. Instead of buying all kimchi's ingredients, I only bought the glutinous rice flour today. I changed my mind to make it tomorrow.

I can eat kimchi but I prefer prune juices for the same purpose, detox and taste. But I heard kimchi is rich in probiotics that can aid good gut!

I think it is a good side dish. I love it when having some meat served on the table.

I am sure you would wolf the 'kimchi' down if being offered other proper meals.

Believe it or not, have not tried kimchi. Am not really fond of Korean foods.

I am not into Korean foods that much. I am more on their side dishes. Why not try it? I am sure you would like it.
