I had to put that in at least once. I won't get to do it again, ever. I hope you all had a great 2/22/22. Okay, yesterday was a good food day. No exercise. Everything is back to normal today, thankfully. There will be an exercise report for tomorrow's report. First, the weight.

Snack - 2 Slices Ezekiel 4:9 Raisin Bread, 1/2 Serving Almond Butter
Lunch - Salad w/Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Onion, 1 package Tuna, Feta Cheese, and Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing.
Snack - 2 Slices Ezekiel 4:9 Raisin Bread, 1/2 Serving Almond Butter

Just an average day, today I will be doing steps that will help. You should be drinking more water. It is essential to flush fat out of the body.

@just4him You mentioned you only had one water yesterday. I find it helps to have a large jug poured when it is done I know I have finished my water for the day.

I have two bottles of water on my dining room table, one bottle here on my computer table, two bottles on the TV tray beside my recliner. I'm always drinking water. I only know I threw out one bottle yesterday, so how much I actually drank, I don't know. I do know I had one cup of tea.

Good for you sticking with your diet and exercise, I am down to peanut butter sandwiches but the time goes quite fast, I will figure out what else I can make, Some cans of veggies are still around,

I'm doing pretty good with the food part but my knees have been killing me so the exercise part is lacking.

Have you talked to your doctor about knee replacement surgery? It would be worth it. I'm so glad I had it done.
