I walked a mile, which is my daily minimal goal. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds (less than a pound to go before I hit the 20-pound mark!).
I do the Weight Watchers points system, so I couldn’t tell you what my calorie/fat/fiber intake was.

@FourWalls My mother-in-law followed Weight Watchers and she lost over sixty pounds! It's a wonderful plan, it actually worked for her weight problem:)

Yes, I am. It's a slow process. Hopefully, I won't do anything stupid again to gain back what I already lost.
