I walked a mile, which is my daily minimal goal. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds (less than a pound to go before I hit the 20-pound mark!). I do the Weight Watchers points system, so I couldn’t tell you what my calorie/fat/fiber intake was.

@FourWalls That's great you walk a mile a day. I've heard good things about WW.

@FourWalls My mother-in-law followed Weight Watchers and she lost over sixty pounds! It's a wonderful plan, it actually worked for her weight problem:)

As I helped my husband downstairs I counted my steps up and down the stairs yesterday... 650 steps.

@MALUSE - We throw many old papers and magazines that were stored downstairs in the basement. We moved several things from the atomic shelter... as we have one (as well as all other Swiss individual houses), better to have it ready now.

@just4him Every day I have more than 100, but some days it's a lot of steps.

Yes, I am. It's a slow process. Hopefully, I won't do anything stupid again to gain back what I already lost.

I have barely been exercising the last few weeks. I'm really taken up with so many things that I hardly get any time to exercise.

Vince used to eat a lot of bananas but then we discovered they have a lot of sugar, relatively speaking, so he's gone off them a bit.

I'm grateful bananas are on this diet. Though I can't eat just half a banana. I'm sorry Vince has had to go off them.
