Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this wonderful news so thought to share it here. As we all know that currently there is tension going between two countries i.e. Russia and Ukraine. It seems the war would happen. Amidst all this chaos, there were some medical students of Indian origin who had to walk nearly 20kms in freezing Ukranian winter in order to reach Romanian border. While many medical students were seeing for arranging food and medical supplies, there was one student among those who had different worry. Arya Aldrin a native of Kerala's Idukki district and studying medicine at the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in Vinnytsya in west central Ukraine, was caught in the middle of the Russian invasion in Ukraine. She was forced to leave the university but she refused to leave without her husky puppy Zaira. She is her five month old Siberian husky who is very attached to her. She and her friend walked carrying the husky by taking turns. They walked nearly 20kms in the freezing winter after the bus dropped her near the Romanian border. She even reduced her luggage and belongings in order to carry her pet. She and the pet both were tired and thirsty while reaching the airport but are doing fine now. They are waiting at the airport to board the flight to India. This girl is determined to take the pet with her on flight and arranged the documents too so that she could fly with her. She and the pet both are very attached with each other. The husky pet doesn't eat food if Arya isn't around. It's such a heart warming story of the bond they are sharing with each other. I really hope the country's leaders get some sense and they stop before declaring war. I feel it isn't the solution. They should communicate and sort things out instead of letting the innocent lives suffer because of it. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

Very devoted pet owner! Yes, Russia needs to back off. It is a shame that more war is happening in this world.

Glad to know your thoughts. Yes there shouldn't be any war especially when things are slowly going back to normal from pandemic

That girl was certainly devoted to her dog. The situation over there is very worrying indeed.
