I would say go ahead with small steps and then push your limits when you have gained some confidence . My younger daughter wants to have her baking business after completing her High school.

To start a business here, you need a license, a facility inspection, ongoing product testing and insurance plus a facility to bake your product. It's a lot of expense even before you sell your first product.
I don't know the laws and regulations there but you need to be aware of them.
Starting out small is best. If there is a demand for what you bake, then you can expand. If there are local markets that would put your products on display you can make a deal with them or pay a fee for shelf space.
Again, I don't know the regulations there, so my advice may not be applicable here. I DO wish you luck.

You can have a word about what you think with your dear ones. They would be able to guide and support you. Don't get stressed and think much, just communicate and you will be sorted. Take care
